What we collect when you browse
This site keeps no advertising pixels and no third-party trackers. Standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) may be kept briefly by our hosting provider for security and performance. Your language choice is remembered in your own browser.
When you contact us
When you use our enquiry form or our Khay Originals application, or email us, we receive the details you send: typically your name, email, your brand and your story, and for an application, your current website, the kind of Original you have in mind, your role, your timing and, where we ask, whether its starting price is within reach. Form submissions are sent from our website to our inbox through our own email provider, and we send you an automatic confirmation that your note arrived. We use these details only to respond to you and to manage any resulting relationship.
How long we keep things
We keep enquiry emails only as long as needed to respond and to manage any resulting engagement, plus what accounting and legal obligations require. You can ask us to delete your correspondence at any time.
Your rights
You may ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you. Email faiz@khay.digital and we will respond promptly.
