These terms govern your use of khay.digital and, together with the proposal or quote we sign with you, the services Khay Digital Ltd provides.
Our services
We provide web design and development, immersive experiences (Khay Originals), website care, hosting and email, cyber security, brand identity and logo design, video production, UI/UX, SEO and automation services. The scope, deliverables, timeline and price of your project are set out in your individual proposal.
Quotes and payment
- Prices shown on this site are starting points and pack prices; your final quote is confirmed in writing before work begins, you know the number before we start.
- Each Khay Original is priced in a written proposal and confirmed before work begins.
- Launch prices for Khay Originals apply to proposals we issue while the launch offer is shown on this site.
- Projects are invoiced as your agreement sets out: in full, in two halves or in stages; ongoing services (care, hosting, security) are billed on a recurring basis until cancelled with notice.
- Prices are in Mauritian Rupees (MUR) unless stated otherwise.
Ownership and handover
On full payment, ownership of the final deliverables we create for you transfers to you, and you receive your source files, credentials and data. Third-party assets (licensed fonts, images, plugins, software) remain governed by their own licences.
Khay Originals are the exception. Khay Digital Ltd keeps all rights in the blueprint every Original is built on, including its code, tools and methods, and you do not receive its source files. Your brand, story, content, data and domain remain yours, and the terms on which you use your Original, including hosting, care and what happens if we part ways, are set out in your written proposal.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Mauritius. Khay Digital Ltd is registered in Mauritius, BRN C22187903.
