Pack prices are published, in Mauritian rupees, and each pack includes exactly the features listed on our Pricing page. Digital Launch Packs are for startups and micro businesses with annual revenue under MUR 1,000,000. The Custom Website lists what is possible, not fixed inclusions, and is scoped and priced in writing before work begins.

What changes the price.
A pack has a fixed price because its scope is fixed. A tailored website is scoped and priced on what it has to do, such as:
- Pages. From a one-page Core Website to a five-page Scale Website, or ten pages and more built to scope.
- Design. A pack starts from a base template you select and approve; a Custom Website can add custom UI/UX design when a template will not do.
- Selling online. An online store adds products, stock, a checkout, and payments such as MCB Juice and cards.
- Bookings. Taking bookings on your website, up to a full booking and property management system.
- Languages. A website in English, French and Creole is part of our Custom Website, scoped and priced in writing.
- Connections. Linking a CRM such as SmartOps by Khay, a payment gateway or the tools you already use.
- Content. We work with your text; on tailored projects, professional copywriting is an optional add-on.
What a pack includes.
The Core and Scale Website plans include the first year of managed hosting, professional email on your domain, an SSL certificate, mobile and speed optimisation, on-page SEO and Google Analytics. The Scale Website adds advanced SEO, a Google Business Profile and a blog you can update yourself. Digital Launch Packs pair a website with a logo and visual identity, and include the first year of hosting too.
After launch.
From the second year, Managed Hosting is MUR 450 a month, with daily backups, SSL renewals, uptime monitoring and email. Care plans add software updates and monthly content edits from MUR 1,500 a month, and security monitoring from Care Plus. Pack clients receive 10 to 20% off Website Care, and Website Care paid annually gives two months free.
Over three years.
Added up from the published prices, with Managed Hosting from the second year, a Core Website comes to MUR 28,800 over three years, and a Scale Website to MUR 36,800. Managed Hosting includes up to 5 email addresses, and the Scale Website comes with up to 15. A Care plan in place of Managed Hosting includes hosting and adds updates and support, from MUR 1,500 a month.
How to pay.
Pay in full before the work starts, or half before it starts and half before final delivery. Above MUR 30,000 you can also pay in three stages (50%, 30% and 20%), or spread the payments over up to five months, with a small Sharia-compliant facility fee stated in the agreement.
Who owns it.
On full payment you receive admin access, credentials and data, and the intellectual property is transferred to you, with no lock-in. Your domain is registered in a client account in your name.
How long it takes.
A website pack can go live in as little as 24 hours once we have your content and approvals. Tailored websites take from 5 working days to several months, and the timeline is agreed in writing before work begins.
Questions to ask.
Give every company the same brief (the website's pages, languages, payments and bookings), so their quotes can be compared. Then, whoever builds your website, ask these before you sign:
- What exactly is included, and is it written down?
- Is hosting included, and what does it cost from the second year?
- Who owns the domain, the design and the code once you have paid?
- How many rounds of changes are included?
- What happens after launch: updates, security, backups and changes?
- Can the website take MCB Juice and card payments, and be in English, French and Creole?
- Which live websites have they built, and what do those clients say?
